Yes. We organise ‘Meet & Greets’ with talent before placing them on our database. Here we will discuss your background, experience to date and future ambitions.
After you join and we believe your skillset complements our client’s needs, you will be marked as available for work, and any work opportunities you are deemed suitable for will be sent your way.
If the role is a freelance or temporary position, an ‘Availability Check’ for the particular date/s in question will be sent to you. Once you accept an availability check and we confirm the job, a contract will be issued, and your details passed on to the client. On completion of the job to the client’s satisfaction, you will be paid promptly and officially become a Production People Agency worker!
We run our own payroll and make payments to our talent via PAYE or by invoice if you are a LTD Company, or a tax-compliant independent contractor. Payments are made fortnightly in arrears.
