This past Friday, November 29th, the Production People and Casting Ireland teams had the utmost pleasure of attending the annual Employment and Recruitment Federation Awards.
Every winter, the ERF Award Ceremony is a much anticipated, standout event on our company calendar. And this year was no different!
Given our longstanding admiration of the ERF’s work across the recruitment space, we were over the moon to be nominated for not one but two awards: Best in Specialist Recruitment and Best Small Agency.
The event was held at the spectacular Shelbourne Hotel and facilitated by a vast array of generous sponsors and partners including LinkedIn, Bullhorn, the Irish Independent, and Indeed.
We met and connected with so many dedicated, enthusiastic, and learned professionals throughout the evening. Between the festive atmosphere and the anticipation in the lead up to the trophy presentation, the excitement in the air was tangible.
The night was going wonderfully, and much to our delight, once the first category rolled around, it became all the more memorable. The Production People and Casting Ireland were honoured to take home the trophy for Best in Specialist Recruitment!
Our team of six was humbled by charismatic host, Kathryn Thomas’, kind words prior to presenting the award. She highlighted staff’s adaptability to the ever-changing creative industries, management’s prioritisation of a healthy work-life balance, and both The Production People and Casting Ireland’s unwavering dedication to championing Diversity and Inclusion across the Film, Television, and Advertising sectors.
The award statuette is already on display in the office, serving as a testament to this past year in business. 2024 has been one of our most successful years to date and it wouldn’t have been possible without the phenomenal cast and crew that show up to set every single day! We truly appreciate your hard work, dedication, openness, and flexibility.
