No, work is not guaranteed. The frequency of jobs is dependent on client needs and whether their requirements are full-time, temporary, short or fixed-term contracts, freelance, or flexible work opportunities.

Yes, we organise ‘Meet & Greets’ with candidates before adding them to our database. During this one-on-one meetings, we will discuss your background, experience to date, and future ambitions.
Once your application is approved, you will be marked as ‘Available for Work’. Any client work opportunities that match your skillset will be sent your way.
You will receive ‘Availability Checks’ directly to your inbox. These will outline particulars of the position, such as dates and location.
Please note: Availability Checks are not a guarantee of work, but rather a method of gauging your interest and availability for the position.
If we are in touch to confirm you have been selected for the advertised vacancy, a contract will be issued, and your details passed on to the client.
On completion of the job to the client’s satisfaction, you will be paid promptly thereafter. From then on, you’re officially a working member of the Production People!
We pay Talent via a Revenue compliant payroll system. If you possess a PPSN, you will be paid via PAYE. Alternatively, if you operated as a Limited Company, you are welcome to invoice us for the job.
In step with Revenue’s updated 2024 payment guidelines, we cannot accept invoices from sole traders living in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to be paid via our payroll system.
Payments are made fortnightly in arrears.
